I’m Bri Flynn, an experienced HR and Talent executive with broad experience in human capital management, executive coaching, and operational leadership.
My work focuses on aligning business strategies with people strategies, creating workspaces where business outcomes and human connection can co-exist.
With more than two decades of experience leading Human Resources teams and Talent Development programs in both privately held and Fortune 500 companies, my strengths lie in designing workplace solutions that balance strategy, empathy, and impact to help individuals and organizations thrive.
I am a certified executive coach, facilitator, speaker, and leadership development expert with a passion for helping managers and executives develop the skills to lead authentically and inspire trust.

Though I live the creed of “being a person of value over success”, I have committed myself to becoming a recognized expert in the field of organizational and talent development. Highly qualified in both practice and theory, I hold my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in I/O Psychology, and am an ICF-certified leadership coach with more than 2,000 applied experience coaching leaders in the C-Suite, SVP, and Senior Director roles.
