Hi, I’m Bri.

I help organizations deliver business results through precision leadership development and bold culture transformation.

About Me

Seasoned Industry Leader

I have focused my career over the past 15+ years bridging HR and business strategy, driving culture transformation, and building human-centered talent systems. I've partnered with some of the most innovative leadership teams in both mid-to-large market Fortune 500 organizations.

Pragmatic Business Partner

I founded and led a leadership consultancy practice, and have advised hundreds of leaders as an internal organizational psychologist. Leaders typically come to me when they don’t just need coaching – they need clear solutions that impact business performance, talent retention, and leadership effectiveness.

Practitioner / Scholar

I hold my PhD in Organizational Leadership, am an ICF-Certified Coach, and am certified in several psychometric behavioral assessments (Hogan, KF360, ESCI). I am innately curious and love sharing my learnings with others, and have delivered several talks on change and the human experience of work.

Passionate Mom

I’m also a mom to a six-year-old son, and together we recently became published authors! What started as simple bedtime stories about the dangers of too much iPad time slowly turned into something much bigger — a joyful, imagination-filled story about balance, creativity, and what makes us truly human.

But that’s just work,

and work isn’t everything…

Creative Storyteller

The Day I Started Turning Into a Robot was born from our nighttime conversations, giggles, and shared curiosity about the world. It reflects what I care most about as both a parent and a leadership and culture practitioner: protecting wonder, nurturing creativity, and helping humans stay human in a high-tech world.

Community Connector

Writing this book with my son has been one of the most meaningful projects of my life — a reminder that the smallest moments often hold the biggest sparks. If you’d like to connect, I love partnering to create experiences that spark imagination, presence, and meaningful connection in the world.

What People are Saying

“This is a message that the world actually needs right now. Every parent should read this book to their kid, especially mine - ha!”

Mike Flynn, my dad (and really the only review that matters)

“A beautiful reminder that our kiddos don’t need more screen time — they need more wonder, movement, and connection.”

Aubree Plant, parent and educator
