For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of human capital strategy, organizational psychology, and leadership development — leading talent and HR functions in both Fortune 500 and privately held companies. My work centers on aligning business priorities with people practices, creating workplaces where performance and human connection can co-exist and strengthen one another.

As a senior HR and Talent leader, I’ve built enterprise learning ecosystems, modernized succession and performance processes, launched leadership pipelines, and supported organizations through significant transformation — including spin-offs, cultural reinventions, and high-growth environments. My approach blends strategic insight with deep curiosity and care, helping leaders uncover root causes rather than treat symptoms and build capability that lasts.

Though I live the creed of “being a person of value over success”, I have committed myself to becoming a recognized expert in the field of organizational and talent development. Highly qualified in both practice and theory, I hold my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in I/O Psychology, and am an ICF-certified leadership coach with more than 2,000 applied experience coaching leaders in the C-Suite, SVP, and Senior Director roles.
